The story follows a Little Bear, who struggles to fall asleep in the dark Bear Cave despite a long, fund day. He is afraid of the darkness surrounding him. Big bear, showing patience and kindness, tries various ways to comfort Little Bear, ultimately taking him outside to see the moon and twinkling stars, helping him overcome his fear and finally fall asleep.
